You will be responsible for carrying out inspections, carrying out minor repairs and frame manipulation where necessary and clearly documenting findings using a PDA, evaluate fire doors for correct installation, maintenance and repair.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of fire door maintenance, hanging fire doors and fire door sets and second fix carpentry knowledge and knowledge of working within the social housing sector is an advantage!
