Pixelfox is looking for a Client Servicing Executive with minimum 1 to 3 years of experience into Advertising/Digital Agency
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing, cultivating, and creating positive interactions with the client.
- Getting involved in creating and presenting pitches to existing clients.
- Making sure timelines are followed.
- Understand and create client brief documents to assist the creative team with a stronger campaign.
- Fulfill KPI for specific platforms.
- Create a monthly calendar and creative decks with innovative ideas (for static, video. Reels
and stories)
- Analyze and report competitors’ activity.
- Continuously ideate and innovate within the social space.
- Allocate new accounts and tasks to team members
- Provide strategic insight to clients’ program
- Oversee the execution, analysis, and optimization of marketing plans
- Communicate with clients daily to ensure satisfaction
- Review recommendations for ad and communication campaigns
- Report on activities and accounts
- Brand Research
- Accountability on your project deliverables and that of the team
- Handling Social Media pages
- Strategy and Ideation
- Create weekly/monthly reports for brands
- Analyze the page and suggest better ways to meet the client’s objectives and goals
- Conceptualizing campaigns
- Constant updating and monitoring of all Social Media platforms, ORM.
