Lead and supervise the fire safety team on a daily basis
Assign duties and monitor team performance
Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions
Ensure all fire safety systems (extinguishers, alarms, hydrants) are functional
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks
Ensure compliance with fire safety laws and company policies
Respond quickly to fire emergencies and other safety incidents
Lead evacuation procedures and emergency response
Prepare detailed incident reports and submit to management
Investigate causes of fire incidents and suggest preventive measures
Conduct fire drills and safety awareness programs
Train staff on fire prevention and emergency procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fire safety or similar role
Certification/Diploma in Fire & Safety (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of fire safety regulations and emergency procedures
Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergencies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
