Job Title: Fire Safety Supervisor
Location: Chennai
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years
Joining: Immediate preferred
Job Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor fire safety systems, equipment, and procedures at the site.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety standards, codes, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems (hydrants, sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers, etc.).
• Lead and train security/fire safety staff in fire prevention, evacuation drills, and emergency response.
• Prepare incident reports, fire risk assessments, and maintain fire safety documentation.
• Coordinate with project/site management teams for implementation of fire safety measures.
• Take immediate action during fire alarms or emergencies to ensure safety of personnel and property.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma/ITI/Graduate with Fire & Safety certification (preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in fire safety supervision, preferably in industrial or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety systems, NFPA/IS standards, and statutory compliance.
• Good leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies and ensure timely evacuation/safety protocols.
