This role sits in Business Banking (BB), and reports to the Executive Manager, Social ESG.
You will join a purpose driven, high performing, passionate team, where our customers are central to everything we do. This is an important area of focus for the Group, Business Banking, our customers and communities that we serve.

As a First Nations Banking Analyst in the Indigenous Business Banking team, you will support the execution of Indigenous Business Banking strategy initiatives and creating positive impact in the communities we serve.
On any given day you will:
Contribute to the development, delivery, and governance of the Indigenous Business Banking strategy
Work with frontline and risk teams to support improved outcomes for our clients.
Analyse data and collate findings into portfolio reporting and insights.
Manage escalations to ensure the correct outcome for customers
We're looking for people who have:
Experience in a related role, product management, governance, analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with and influence stakeholders.
Excellent critical thinking skills, including a structured approach to problem solving.
Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive attitude.
Some understanding of current ESG landscape is advantageous.
