The opportunity:


This entry-level role within the Treasury team offers exposure to a broad range of activities that support the bank’s financial operations. The responsibilities outlined below are indicative of the type of work you may be involved in. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute in a dynamic environment while building a foundation for a career in financial services.


Is this role right for you? In this role, you will support a range of activities, including:


Support of daily treasury operations and routine activities related to cash management, funding, and liquidity monitoring.
Contributing to financial analysis by reviewing market trends, interest rates, and preparing data for decision-making.
Assisting with transaction processing, including preparing and executing basic financial transactions.
Analyzing data to spot trends and anomalies in risk metrics and performance dashboards.
Collaborating within treasury and across other teams to share information and support initiatives.
Preparing and maintain documentation for treasury activities with accuracy and compliance.
Gaining exposure to risk management practices and regulatory requirements.
Participating in projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have:


University degree in business, economics, finance or other relevant field
Experience in business, finance, accounting, treasury, or project management would be an asset
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Good team building skills, working with diverse groups to resolve issues and identify efficiencies
Ability to develop and leverage strong relationships with key business partners
Strong PC skills with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Understanding or experience with Treasury an asset
