Processing customer order requirements or PFD product specifications
Efficiency in filleting a variety of fish species with consistent yield return
Ensuring fish is adequately iced and labelled with correct storing process
Detail oriented and capable of identifying changes in fish conditions and impact on yields
What You Need to Succeed:
Ability to process a different variety of fish species
Knowledge of Fish/Seafood products
Understand and comply with the company’s OH&S and HACCP food safety program and the "cold chain" process in particular
Ability to do quick and accurate work with hands
Exceptional attention to detail
