Job Description
. Perform routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing mechanical components.
2. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and longevity of Furnace and its related machinery.
3. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, assess the situation, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
4. Collaborate with the production team to prioritize and address maintenance needs in a timely manner.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
6. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
7. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to create a secure working environment for yourself and others.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance overall equipment efficiency.
+. Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements.
