As a mid-office/back-office analyst in Treasury Operations, you will be supporting Fixed Income trading in the U.S and Canada.
Job Description:
• Fixed Income confirmation / mid and back-office responsibility of Fixed Income trading in the U.S. and Canada
• Ensuring Money Market and Security Trades Confirmation as per the cut-off timings
• Ensuring timely and accurate settlements within the cut-off timings
• Liaise with counterparties and Ford's custodian to resolve any issue
• Performing daily / monthly reconciliations
• Ensure timely U.S. Federal filings (Form-S, TIC -SLT, TFC-3 & SHLA)
• Support team's backup plan by learning another desk and ad hoc assignment
• To work in night shift (4:30PM IST to 2:00AM IST)
Area of professional exposure (technical skills)
Minimum 1 year of prior experience in treasury
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
