Fixed-term position available starting January through to July 2026. Full-time role with a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday.
Join the School of Computing, Electrical and Applied Technology, where you'll deliver high-quality teaching in the Computing programmes. We are seeking a fixed-term lecturer to teach lower-level courses in Computing programmes, and support IT courses in the School of Bridgepoint.

He kōrero mōu: About you
You'll have:
A degree in Computing
The IT skills required to teach lower-level courses in Computing, including Python programming language, Linux OS and the operation of Raspberry Pi
The ability to engage with and motivate Computing students in a collaborative environment
The ability to collaborate with Te Puna Ako in developing assessments according to the course descriptor to meet students' level
An understanding or desire to learn te reo Māori, tikanga Māori, and the values and practices of kaupapa Māori
Advanced communication skills
