Join our growing fleet operations team and play a key role in keeping our vehicles moving. You’ll be responsible for coordinating yard activities, ensuring vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customers, and supporting vehicle movements between locations. What You'll Be Doing
Clean, wash, and detail vehicles to company presentation standards.
Conduct basic inspections to ensure vehicles are road-ready and damage-free.
Refuel and recharge vehicles as required.
Move vehicles between branches, workshops, storage facilities, and customer locations.
Conduct pick-ups and drop-offs in line with operational schedules.
Assist with vehicle deliveries to customers, ensuring professional handovers.
Organise and maintain the vehicle yard to ensure efficiency and safety.
Support the operations team in daily workflow to meet customer demand.
Carry out ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth running of the subscription service.
Experience & Qualifications
Automotive experience in a Dealership or Rental space is desired but not essential.
A current, valid Australian Driver’s Licence is a must.
Attention to detail in vehicle preparation and auditing.
Effective time management to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with vehicle preparation and basic vehicle checks.
Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Basic understanding of automotive safety standards and regulations.
Experience working with Telematics and tracking devices.
