Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end product management, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.
• Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables
• Should have experience working on agile methodology. Good to have exposure with JIRA, Bitbucket and confluence.
Technical Experience :
• Minimum 5 years of Experience with mid to large banks in Development and Flexcube customizations.
• Application with excellent knowledge of Flexcube working and key modules.
• Must have worked on Flexcube Retail Release 11.x and development framework
• Ability to differentiate between software bugs and incorrect configuration or platform-related issues.
• Good exposure to FLEXCUBE data model and distributed application architecture.
• Excellent programming skills in Java, SQL, PL/SQL, J2EE, and REST web services.
• Good understanding of Weblogic application server and clustered deployments.
• Understanding of basic Unix/Shell scripting commands will be an advantage.
• Highly developed, process-oriented skills for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and problem resolution with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Should be able to determine priority and urgency of support issues and set priorities accordingly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong experience with application support, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Working experience with payment modules like NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI will be an added advantage
