About the Role
We're seeking a Food and Beverage Team Lead who will assist in training and induction of new team members, support their development through coaching, and review performance within the team.
Lead the Food and Beverage Team as required.
Assist in training and induction of new team members.
Review performance within the Food and Beverage Team.
Support the Management Team to promote new business initiatives.
Be responsible for your own development needs.
Multiskill in other departments to ensure maximum efficiency.
Customer Service Focus

Be conversant with current promotions and products.
Offer a friendly, accurate, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages.
Awareness of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Uphold the company's commitment to protecting young and vulnerable people.
Highest level of product knowledge of our food and beverage offers.
Required knowledge of all equipment within the Food and Beverage Department.
Ensure replenishment of stock is complete.
Support the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Accurately account for stocks, spillages, and wastages.
Comply with regulatory provisions in respect of sanitation and food safety.
Requirements
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Working knowledge of food and beverages in a similar environment.
Leisure/Food and Beverage industry knowledge including legislation, best practice, trends, etc.
Experience of leading a team.
Fully flexible and must be available to work varying shifts.
