Job Responsibilities for CI Flexo Operator:
Operate CI Flexographic printing presses proficiently.
Set up press parameters for optimal print quality and consistency.
Monitor press performance and troubleshoot issues during production runs.
Conduct regular maintenance to ensure press efficiency and longevity.
Manage color consistency and ink mixing for accurate prints.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Mentor junior operators and assist in training as needed.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and material usage.
Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years of experience operating CI Flexographic printing presses.
Diploma or equivalent certification in printing technology or intermediate.
Proficiency in setting up and adjusting press parameters for optimum performance.
Strong understanding of color management principles and ink mixing techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues during production.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a printing environment.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Willingness to mentor junior operators and contribute to their training.
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
