Key Responsibilities:
Operate flexographic printing machines (UV/Water-based/solvent-based inks).
Set up printing jobs including plate mounting, ink preparation, die cutting, and machine settings.
Perform job changeovers efficiently with minimal downtime.
Maintain consistent color registration and print quality as per client requirements.
Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs of the printing machine.
Identify and troubleshoot print defects (smudging, misregistration, color variation).
Maintain production reports and ensure correct job documentation.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
Ensure material usage and waste control for cost-effective operations.
Work closely with the QA and production team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
