Key Responsibilities:
• * Provide administrative and operational support to the back-office team.
• * Handle order processing, data entry, inventory management, and order tracking.
• * Resolve customer issues related to back-office operations, including returns, refunds, and order status.
• * Ensure timely processing and updating of customer data, including address details and payment information.
• * Collaborate with different teams to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency.
• * Prepare reports and documents as requested by senior management.
• * Assist in troubleshooting and resolving internal operational issues.
• * Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding customer information and operations.
• * Monitor and ensure that service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
