Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in accordance with company guidelines.

• Follow operational procedures and standards to meet performance expectations.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (freshers with no prior experience are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
• Strong typing and data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
