• * Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• * Accurately record customer interactions and maintain detailed call logs in the CRM system.
• * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
• * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales strategies and processes.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (if applicable).
• * Ability to engage customers effectively and build rapport over the phone.
• * Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
