Key Responsibilities
• * Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding order processing, product details, returns, refunds, and other related issues.

• * No prior experience is required for this position. Freshers are welcome to apply.

• * The role offers flexible working hours, with a primary requirement of covering customer support during Flipkarts operating hours (Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM IST).
