Job Purpose
• Manage day-to-day operations of the fire station, ensuring readiness and efficiency of all equipment and personnel.
• Prepare reports on fire incidents, safety inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Promote fire safety awareness and inspection services across the organization and community.
• Supervise and lead fire station staff, ensuring proper task execution and professional conduct.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of fire safety equipment and systems.
• Plan and conduct mock drills for fire fighting, emergency evacuation, and chemical spill control.
• Evaluate drill performance and implement improvements for better emergency preparedness.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.
