As a Personal Banker I, you will engage in a consultative sales process to proactively identify and meet the financial needs of customers, focusing on acquiring new households and deepening existing relationships. You will be responsible for processing teller transactions and collaborating with the platform staff to provide top-notch service while adhering to the Bank’s risk policies.

Responsibilities
• Utilize the consultative sales process to identify and meet customer financial needs
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services
• Engage in cross-selling and outside sales activities
• Build relationships with Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals
• Provide support and guidance to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
• Participate in the consumer loan and bankcard process
• Stay updated on procedures to mitigate risks
Qualifications
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred
• Comfortable with sales activities and acquiring new customers
• Ability to develop a working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures
• S.A.F.E. Act registration is required at employment

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
