As a Floor Manager, you support the management team by driving the daily operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maintaining high visual and operational standards. The Role
Managing, motivating, and developing your team in accordance with the company’s standards and guidelines
Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions for your department
Managing and supporting the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure shop floor is replenishment at all times
Conducting store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store
Provide an exceptional customer experience
About You
Passionate about leading your team to success
Confident and clear communication skills
Experience with supervising a team
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
