Lead and supervise FOH staff (rostering, training, performance)
Ensure oustanding guest experience quality
Handle customer feedback and special (including VIPs)
Suppport with POS,inventry and daily operations
Work closely with the restaurant owner/manager foe smooth operations
Maintain a clean professional and welcoming environment
Strong communication skills in English (Japanese language is a plus but not necessary)
Wine and Sake knowledge
Omakase knowledge, passion for Japanese cuisine and culture
