Job Description
Manage a team of sales officers and guide them in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Floor manager will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service by monitoring follow-up on customer orders and responses to customer enquiries.
• Assigning targets to the sales team and ensuring these targets are achieved
• Interacting with customers to understand their needs, resolving customer complaints if any. Explain the features and benefits of different types of jewellery available at Tanishq to our customers.
• Train members of the sales team on policies
