We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Floor Supervisor to join our fantastic team at The Breakfast Group and have the opportunity to grow within our expanding group of venues.
What are we looking for from ideal candidate?
Interest in self-development and growth
Experience in managing guest experience, complain handling and atmosphere management
Leading Floor team and driving their training, engagement and motivation
Willingness to support and drive business strategies
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills

The Venue
Lucy Wong Cocktail Bar is set to open its doors in February 2023. But who is Lucy Wong?
Lucy Wong is a tribute to the 1957 novel ‘The World of Suzie Wong’ by Richard Mason. Lucy Wong is the imagined daughter of the novel’s title character, Suzie Wong, a Hong Kong Madame, who’s relationship with an English artist makes her aspire to give her daughter, Lucy, a better life in London. Lucy keeps much of her mother’s Hong Kong heritage alive in her luxurious central London apartment where she hosts lavish parties for her society friends.
Lucy Wong will bring back a decadent timeless glamour to Rathbone Place with decor inspired by Chinese design, with cocktails & food informed by traditional Cantonese cuisine with a contemporary twist.
Lucy Wong is renowned for the exclusive parties she throws for her friends in her underground apartment on the other side of Soho. Her apartment reflects her vibrant and complex personality. The clash of East & West at the heart of her being. Textured and rich with artefacts that reflect, not only her own history, but that of her mother’s as well. Her apartment brings together things both old and new to explore and admire.
By stepping through the door, you will enter the world of Lucy Wong as if arriving at one of her infamous parties just after the host herself has left for another glamorous engagement.
