Job Summary:
Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking reliable and experienced Floor Technicians to join our team at a large distribution facility in Houston, TX. This role is essential in maintaining clean, safe, and professional floor surfaces throughout the facility.
Available Shifts:
• Weekday Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (3 positions available)
• Weekday Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (3 positions available)
Pay Rate:
• $14.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain carpeted and hard surface floors
• Perform floor care duties including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing, and spot cleaning
• Operate floor care equipment safely and effectively
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines in designated work areas
• Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 months of floor technician or floor care experience required
• Ability to operate floor cleaning machinery and tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Must be dependable and able to work assigned shift consistently
Additional Information:
• Required on First Day: Valid ID
• Dress Code: Composite toe shoes are required
