As a flooring professional, your expertise in the flooring industry will help elevate the craftsmanship of our workforce, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of flooring professionals through engaging instruction and hands-on mentorship.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and update training classes focused on flooring installation techniques, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
Deliver engaging hands on and interactive training sessions across all of our facilities in Arizona. ( We have 6 locations, corp office is in Chandler.)
Incorporate technical skills such as mechanical knowledge & proper tool use.
Collaborate with industry reps to stay current on emerging trends, tools, and materials in flooring installation.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, active participation, and continuous improvement from the contractors we work with.
Help with vetting new installers and coaching them on our companies expectations.
Skills
Extensive knowledge of flooring installation methods and industry standards. Carpet, vinyl plank, sheet vinyl, laminate and tile.
Ability to communicate and coach our existing installers and contractors to elevate their workmanship and show them how to work smarter.
Ability to develop hands-on training exercises that simulate real-world flooring projects.
