Job DescriptionThis is a remote position.We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Solutions Architect with expertise in Flutter and deep experience in mobile architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React, .Net, and QA processes, with a proven ability to lead large teams and drive high-performance mobile solutions. Key Responsibilities :- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior developers, team leads, and architects.- Design and implement robust mobile architectures that ensure performance, security, and scalability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate React, .Net, and QA best practices into the development lifecycle.- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps strategies for efficient deployments.- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.- Lead cloud-based microservices and API development to enhance app functionality.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, product managers, and business leaders to align technical strategies with business goals. Required Skills :- Expertise in Flutter and extensive experience in mobile architecture.- Strong knowledge of React, .Net, QA processes, and team leadership.- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.- Proficiency in designing scalable and high-performance mobile applications.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.- Experience working with cloud platforms, microservices, and APIs. Qualifications :- 10+ years of experience in mobile development, with a strong background in Flutter.- Proven track record as an Architect or Technical Lead in mobile app development.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
