In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to create user-centric applications that are both visually appealing and functional. Your primary focus will be on creating clean, scalable, and maintainable code while ensuring excellent user experiences.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Design, build and maintain high-quality, reusable, and reliable Flutter applications for desktop, web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive user interfaces
• Optimize application performance, ensuring it runs efficiently across devices
• Identify and fix bugs, as well as address any performance bottlenecks
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the applications remain current and competitive
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
• Assist with the creation of technical documentation and user guides
Desired Candidate Profile
• Excellent academic record in a subject with a strong computer science emphasis
• 2+ years of experience in application development, with a strong focus on Flutter
• Demonstrable experience in building and deploying Flutter applications for desktop, web and mobile platforms
• Strong knowledge of Dart programming language
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON to connect applications to back-end services
• Ability to think logically
• Enjoys writing efficient and clear code
• Willingness and ability to learn and take up varied responsibilities over time
• Good communication skills, comfortable with explaining complicated models to a wide audience.
• A team player. Ability to brainstorm and enhance the learning experience
• Doesnt give up, has patience to get it right, never makes the same mistake twice
