Flutter Developer

Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for building multi-platform applications for Android and iOS using Google’s Flutter development framework. Your primary focus will be developing user-friendly, high-performance, and visually appealing applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and build advanced mobile applications using Flutter. Translate UI/UX designs into working applications. Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define and implement app features. Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services. Write clean, maintainable code and conduct peer code reviews. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Flutter development. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years of professional experience in mobile app development. Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart. Experience in publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Solid understanding of OOP principles, mobile development lifecycle, and architecture patterns like BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod. Experience with Git, Firebase, and platform-specific development (Android/iOS). Familiarity with asynchronous programming and networking in Flutter. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development. Knowledge of CI/CD tools for mobile (e.g., Codemagic, Bitrise). Familiarity with app performance monitoring tools. Understanding of animations, UI/UX principles, and accessibility standards.
