FLUTTER DEVELOPER-JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Flutter developer with 4+ years of experience in developing and managing real-time apps, having a good knowledge of deploying the apps to the Appstore/Play Store along with writing test cases.

In addition to our primary offerings of insurance, risk management, reinsurance, and underwriting, our group firms also engage in venture capital, Insurtech, Fintech, and Environmental and Social
Governance sectors.
Responsibilities:
o Design and build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using Flutter. o Build custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and IOS. o Knowledge of creating applications for Android and iOS and having them live on
Google Play and the App Store. o Translate and build the designs and Wireframes into high-quality responsive UI code. o Write efficient queries for core data. o Explore feasible architectures for implementing new features. o Resolve any problems existing in the system and suggest and add new features in the complete system. o Suggest space and time-efficient Data Structures. o Follow the best practices while developing the app and keep everything structured and well documented. o Use CI/CD for smooth deployment. o Document the project and code efficiently. o Ensure security guidelines are always followed while developing the app o Consulting with our customer-facing representatives about software system design and maintenance. o Maintaining software through product lifecycle including design, development, verification and bug fixes.
o Connect regularly with the Quality Assurance Specialist to deliver a stable app. o Resolve all the bugs reported by the Quality Assurance Specialist in a timely manner. o Following company policies and quality procedures to ensure quality product deliverables.
Requirements:
o 4+ years of experience building cross-platform mobile apps for Android, IOS and
Web. o Proficiency in state management techniques using GetX & BLOC o Expertise in GraphQL APIs o To build cross-platform mobile apps for Android, IOS and Web. This should include from making responsive UIs to efficiently query data and also manage states in an optimized manner. o To build custom Flutter Packages. o Should have experience with Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions and Analytics. o Should know how to use Figma/Adobe XD to use the design file and use it to build the app. o To manage and collaborate in different projects with the rest of the team.
