We're expanding our cross-platform development team and looking for passionate Flutter Developers to work on solutions deployed across mobile, desktop, and web.
Job Description
We are hiring Flutter Developers who can build, maintain, and optimize high-performance applications across Android, iOS, Web, Windows, and macOS using the Flutter framework. You’ll be a key part of our product development team, delivering real-time business apps used in the day-to-day operations of retail and F&B clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain apps using Flutter for mobile, desktop, and web platforms
Build responsive, adaptive UIs using Flutter widgets and cross-platform architecture best practices
Integrate APIs, Firebase, local databases, third-party plugins, and platform-specific services
Collaborate with backend teams, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver smooth, end-to-end features
Optimize performance for all devices and screen sizes
Handle packaging and deployment for Play Store, App Store, Web, and Desktop environments
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with proper documentation
Required Skills
1 to 2 years of practical experience in Flutter development
Proficiency in Dart and deep understanding of widget lifecycle and state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.)
Experience in developing for multiple platforms: mobile, web, and desktop using Flutter
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, Sqflite/Hive, and local storage solutions
Experience with platform-specific adaptations for mobile and desktop apps
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
Solid understanding of responsive UI, performance optimization, and debugging tools
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or in small teams
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience working on POS, ERP, or inventory/order management systems
Knowledge of integrating devices like receipt printers, barcode scanners, or Bluetooth peripherals
Experience with camera integration, file system, and offline sync handling
Familiarity with PWA (Progressive Web Apps) and Flutter web deployment tools
Exposure to backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, Laravel) for better collaboration with backend teams
