The Roles
FOH
We create spaces that feel as good as they look. It’s about connection, attention to detail,
and delivering a consistent, elevated experience—every time.
Server
You deliver polished, attentive service without the script. You read the room, guide the
experience, and make every guest feel like they belong.
Bartender
You run a clean, dialed-in bar. Fast, precise, and composed—you build consistently great drinks while keeping the energy right.
Server Assistant (Support)
You keep the floor tight. Anticipating needs, staying organized, and supporting the team so
service runs smoothly from start to finish.
Host
You set the tone. Warm, sharp, and in control of the flow—you make every guest feel taken care of from the moment they walk in.
BOH
We’re a team-first kitchen built on trust, pace, and precision. We respect the product,
support each other, and take pride in every plate that leaves the pass.
Prep Cook
You set the kitchen up to win. Organized, efficient, and detail-driven—you take pride in
consistency and doing things right.
Line Cook
You execute at a high level. Calm under pressure, you move with urgency and hold the line on quality, every plate, every time.
Dishwasher
You keep the engine running. Fast, reliable, and focused—you take pride in a clean, organized kitchen that supports the whole team.
