Key responsibilities
F&B Setup and Service:
Coordinate and oversee the setup of F&B areas including dining rooms, bars, and lounges.
Supervise F&B service staff to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain quality control over food and beverage presentation and service.
F&B Clearance and Upkeep:
Manage the efficient clearance of tables and dining areas after service.
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of all F&B areas including dining rooms, service stations, and storage areas.
Guest Relations and Data Management:
Maintain guest data and preferences to enhance personalized service.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Billing and Room Service:
Oversee accurate billing processes and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
Coordinate room service operations and ensure seamless delivery of F&B offerings to guest rooms.
Coordination and Communication:
Collaborate closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, ensuring efficient flow of F&B orders and maintaining quality standards.
Reporting and Inventory Management:
Prepare daily reports on F&B operations including sales, expenses, and guest feedback.
Manage inventory levels and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure adequate supply.
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in F&B management or a related field.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in F&B management software and MS Office Suite.
Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
