Job Description
Supervise day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant during assigned shifts.
Ensure high standards of customer service, food, and beverage quality.
Manage, motivate, and mentor team members to maintain productivity and engagement.
Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and shift coordination.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Maintain inventory control and assist with stock management when necessary.
Support in cash handling, reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably as a Duty Manager or Assistant Manager.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
