Rooftop at QT is where sky high views meet high energy hospitality, perched atop QT Auckland in a design led space known for creative cocktails, bold flavours, panoramic harbour views, and a playful, elevated service style that draws locals, travellers, and late night explorers alike.
We’re on the hunt for a Food & Beverage Attendant who knows how to bring the vibe, deliver standout service, and keep the good times flowing. At Rooftop, we don’t just serve drinks and bites – we create experiences worth talking about.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and guide them to their perfect perch.
Take orders with confidence and charm.
Serve food and drinks that look as good as the view.
Check in on guests and anticipate what they need next.
Keep the space polished, tidy, and ready for action.
Work alongside a talented kitchen and bar team.
Handle payments with accuracy.
Upsell like a natural because you actually know what you’re talking about.
Deliver on guest requests and special touches.
Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Be flexible with shifts – evenings, weekends, and holidays are part of the fun.
What we’re looking for
Experience in a similar role.
A genuine passion for great food, drinks, and hospitality.
Knowledge of wine and cocktails (we’ll help build your repertoire).
The ability to stay on your feet and lift with ease.
Someone who communicates clearly, works well with others, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
A dependable team player with adaptability, resilience, and a commitment to delivering great results.
