Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Captain located in Gurugram. The Food and Beverage Captain will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage service in the restaurant. Tasks will include supervising staff, ensuring high service standards, coordinating with the kitchen, managing customer service, and addressing any issues that may arise to ensure a high-quality dining experience for guests.
