What will be your daily pursuit?:

The Food & Beverage IT Applications Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting and maintaining our applications for our restaurant groups in our Hospitality company. This role should perform analysis and communicate well with multiple regional restaurant groups and their associated F&B technical platforms and applications, primarily Oracle’s Simphony platform. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless operation of our F&B applications as well as occasionally facilitate in developing Simphony reports. The ideal candidate possesses an exceptional background of IT knowledge, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

What will you do in this job?:

Work with our F&B teams across our 30+ restaurants in Alaska, Montana, and Alberta.

Support and manage their service requests related to F&B applications both front and back of house, prioritizing any revenue-impacting or business-critical issues

Occasionally travel in the field to our restaurants, meet with F&B Teams, set up F&B workstations and devices at our locations

Become an expert in the F&B application space (Simphony, Eigen, OpenTable, UberEats, xDine, Craftable)

Partner with regional directors and stakeholders to understand business processes, define requirements, design solutions and collaborate in data validation, ensuring the final solution meets or exceeds all business needs

What skills and experience do you need for this job?:

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Preferred Skills: Oracle Simphony, or deep knowledge and experience supporting a comparable F&B application

BS or BA in Computer Science (or similar) or 2+ years of relevant work experience, with SQL a plus for reporting requests.

Knowledge of F&B Inventory and reporting processes and concepts, such as Craftable

Experience with data extraction via APIs is a plus but not required.

Occasionally create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting information
