Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, guest-focused, and result-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our F&B operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest dining experiences, driving revenue growth, and managing the end-to-end operations of all F&B and ESP (experiences, services, produce). This role demands strong leadership, creativity, and operational expertise in managing culinary excellence, cost control, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage services, ensuring high levels of quality, service, and guest satisfaction.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive F&B and ESP sales, profitability, and brand positioning in alignment with business goals.

• Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality standards, hygiene compliance, and presentation in coordination with kitchen and service teams.

• Recruit, train, and lead F&B home cooks to deliver consistent service excellence and promote a culture of guest-first hospitality.

• Plan and execute menus, training and building SOPs, special promotions, events, and seasonal offerings in collaboration with chefs and marketing teams.

• Manage inventory, procurement, vendor relationships, and cost control measures to optimize profitability.

• Analyze guest feedback, sales data, and market trends to make informed decisions and continuous improvements.

• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and internal SOPs.

• Collaborate with other departments including Front Office, Events, and Housekeeping to deliver seamless guest experiences.

• Maintain detailed reports on budgets, expenditures, and performance metrics.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 Years of experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, customer service, and team management.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in inventory and POS systems, with sound understanding of budgeting and cost controls.

Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
