Food and Beverage Manager | Cuttack

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations across our various locations in India. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets • Manage and monitor the performance of the food and beverage team • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations • Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors • Oversee the menu planning and pricing • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints • Train and develop staff members to deliver exceptional service • Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels • Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative ideas Requirements: • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations • Strong leadership and management skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Exceptional customer service skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for the food and beverage industry, we would love to hear from you.
