Job Description
The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hotel including managing staff, managing budgets, maintaining inventory, and ensuring consistent quality of food and beverage offerings. The Food and Beverage Manager will also have to be able to manage staff and be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
