1. Position
Full-time Food and Beverage Manager
2. Working Hours
38 to 45 hours per week
Must be available to work 5 days a week, minimum 38 hours
Operating hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
3. Hourly Rate
Start rate: $26 per hour for full-time staff during the initial 2 weeks
Training rate: $30 per hour for approximately 3 weeks of manager training
Manager rate:
Weekdays: $32/hour
Saturday: $40/hour
Sunday: $48/hour
Public Holidays: $72/hour
Annual leave + Sick leave + 12% superannuation
Overtime pay: $32 x 1.5–2.25 (depending on hours worked)
Note: Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and performance.
4. Main Duties
Deliver outstanding customer service and manage table seating
Manage customer waiting lists and reservations
Oversee store opening and closing procedures
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
Monitor staff attendance and punctuality
Suitable training will be provided.
5. Requirements
RSA certification required
At least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Valid Tax File Number (TFN)
Must hold a visa that allows full-time employment
