Overview: Seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient team management, and adherence to quality standards.
Location: Panchkula , Haryana
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily F&B operations within budgetary constraints.
Design and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
train, and supervise F&B staff.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
Address customer feedback and implement improvements
Experience Required: Minimum 3 TO 5 years in F&B management within reputed 4- or 5-star hotels
