Provides timely and courteous food and beverage service to Club 38 ViP guests
Acts as guest service liaison, handles guest opportunities and resolves situations so as to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service throughout the 38 ViP Club Lounge

• Provides timely and courteous food and beverage service to Club 38 ViP guests.
• Records accurate through counts of Club 38 ViP Lounge guests and companions through the use of the application.
• Maintains knowledge of all current and upcoming special events in the Club 38 ViP Lounge and helps build excitement for these promotions.
• Acts as guest service liaison, handles guest opportunities and resolves situations so as to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service throughout the 38 ViP Club Lounge.

• At least one (1) year of guest service experience in a casino environment highly preferred.
