Summary:
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to our customers. The Server is responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests & as well clear tables in the assigned Place of Work in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Executes all tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Displays warmth, care and enthusiasm when dealing with guest and fellow colleagues
• Prepare cafe space to run smoothly, setup and clears table, in the work & service area. Maintains high standard of hygiene and orderliness
• Welcome guests, take order for guest, serve food and beverage.
• Thoroughly familiar with beverage and menu items and be able to compose and recommend suitable menu pairing; upsell sensitively.
• Maintain a clean and orderly service area and promotes a safe working environment
• Performs any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Education: 12th pass and above.
• Work Experience: Freshers are welcome, previous work experience as a Server would be a bonus
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge, English language communication is a must
• Attitude: Confident, friendly, assertive, punctual, responsible, team-player
Type: Full Time. On-Site. Day Shift
Offer: Rs. 16,000 to 19,000, based on experience. Plus:

Ability to Commute/Relocate:
• Goa: Ready to commute reliably or relocate before starting work. Accomodation can be arranged for outstation candidate in a shared apartment.
