- Maintain a clean and organized display of chocolate bars and related products.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries with enthusiasm.
- Uphold store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both customers and staff.
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for chocolate and a willingness to learn about different varieties and brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
