Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Cider House Service Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, serving our ciders, explaining the story behind how Lass Chance started, serving food, and maintaining a clean, fun and excellant experience for our guests. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food and ******* handling, customer service, and restaurant operations.
Duties
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems, process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills.
Prepare and serve Ciders follow proper serving it right guidelines.
Assist in food preparation tasks, including assembling ingredients and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing customer inquiries, upselling menu items, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment to meet sanitation standards.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Support team members with various restaurant operations as needed, including basic math calculations for transactions.
Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Familiarity with food safety protocols and sanitation procedures is advantageous.
Experience with POS systems is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
Basic math skills for cashiering, making change, and order accuracy.
Knowledge of food handling, preparation, serving, and hospitality standards is desirable.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
