Job Description:
As a Senior F&B Assistant/Barista, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality food and beverage service to our customers.
You will ensure all tasks are performed with due regard for Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to all customers.
Respond to customer requests in a timely manner and ensure customer supplies are replenished.
Prepare and serve food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly.
Maintain clean and tidy dining and kitchen areas, including cleaning tables, sweeping, and mopping floors.
Communicate effectively in the workplace, following routine instructions and relaying information as needed.
Requirements:
A team player with the ability to work autonomously.
Experience in a similar role, preferably in a catering environment.
A flexible approach and attitude, with good communication skills.
Hardworking, physically fit, and reliable.
A valid Responsible Service of ******* certificate.
