Graduate /Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology Experience 0 - 3 yrs Responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests.
Provide a courteous, efficient and professional flexible service.
Greeting the customers and Offering and Serving Beverages and Appetizers.
Taking and Serving Meal orders.
Taking away soiled dishes and offering napkins or other amenities the establishment offers.
Identify guest needs and add to the positive guest experience.
Resolve guest complaints or problems whenever possible.
