Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Specialist at our Bengaluru location. The Food and Beverage Specialist will be responsible for maintaining high-quality food service standards, providing superior customer service, and ensuring the efficient operation of food and beverage services. Daily tasks include coordinating with kitchen staff, assisting in menu planning, overseeing food preparation and presentation, and maintaining compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Additionally, the role involves managing customer interactions to ensure an exceptional dining experience and supporting team members as needed.
Qualifications
• Proven expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage management to ensure high standards in preparation and presentation.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to facilitate excellent guest interactions.
• Culinary Skills, including knowledge of preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality, hygiene, and safety compliance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on customer-focused roles, is preferred
